How did I get here?

I learned the hard way

I suffered with debilitating self doubt--> battled with ​disordered eating, gut issues, thyroid dysfunction, ​burnout- you name it!

I was also holding on to major unresolved trauma and ​trying to navigate life as a new mom, in a rocky ​relationship.

I was working a 9-5 job as a sales rep, feeling drained ​and unfulfilled, and didn’t recognize who I was...

I often found myself wondering if any of it was worth it.

...and then it got worse! Until...

I started working with coaches, healers and alternative practitioners who helped me see MY part in all my suffering. That I wasn’t a victim of my circumstances, but that I had the POWER to create my life and choose to do things differently.

it all started to come together

With help, I was able to heal my physical ailments including my relationship with my body and food.

I got clear on my values-- my children and my husband and we got re-aligned on the vision we have for our family

I left my job and became a Holistic Nutritionist and ran my own business for 6+ years helping hundreds on women optimize their health.

And while all of this was happening, I was uncovering a deep spiritual connection, that led me to releasing the grip of my traumas and finding my self-worth.

I was FREE. I was CONFIDENT. And then...

Frequently asked

The Leadership Calls are at the beginning of the week alternating days/evenings. The Practice is at the end of the week alternating days/ evenings. The call schedule is posted at least 1 month in advance.

All calls are recorded and you have access to the entire backlog at any point no matter when your start date.

CLA is a mix of done-for-you, done-on-your-own and done-with-you work. You will get out of this course as much as you put into it. It's extremely personal how deep you dive, but we can promise that if you commit to the process, complete the modules and show up to and participate in the calls, you are sure to experience transformational success!
